<p>I have just a few weeks to locate a gym operator for an existing gym that is in place.</p>
<p>This is a 15,374 sq. ft. facility that was recently built-out about a year ago with an estimated cost of $600,00. The gym already has showers, lockers, playroom, equipment in place for a new operator to come in and open for business.</p>
<p>I am searching for an operator that has experience in the business that can open the doors and allow the customers to come back to the facility.</p>
